Your Profile

Manage your account settings, signature, and preferences.

Accessing Your Profile

Click your name or avatar in the top navigation, then select Profile.

Profile Information

Personal Details

Update your basic information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email (may be read-only depending on organization settings)

GxP Fields

For GxP-compliant organizations, additional fields may be available:

Field Purpose
Employee ID Your unique organizational identifier
Training Status Your current training completion status
Signature Authority Your level of signing authority (1-5)

GxP Fields

These fields are managed by your organization administrator. Contact them if changes are needed.

Your Signature

Viewing Your Signature

Your current signature is displayed on your profile page.

Creating or Updating Your Signature

  1. Navigate to your Profile
  2. Find the Signature section
  3. Click Edit Signature or Create Signature
  4. Draw your signature using:
  5. Mouse on desktop
  6. Finger or stylus on touchscreen
  7. Click Clear to start over if needed
  8. Click Save Signature when satisfied

Signature Tips

  • Draw naturally, as you would sign on paper
  • Your signature should be recognizable and consistent
  • Use a larger area for more detail
  • On mobile, rotate to landscape for more space

Security Settings

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Profile > Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm your new password
  5. Click Update Password

Password requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number

Two-Factor Authentication

If enabled by your organization:

  1. Go to Profile > Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the verification code
  5. Save your backup codes

Save Backup Codes

Store your backup codes securely. They're the only way to recover access if you lose your authenticator device.

Email Preferences

Control which emails you receive:

Setting Description
Signature requests When someone requests your signature
Request completed When a request you created is completed
Reminders Reminder emails for pending signatures
Weekly digest Summary of activity (if enabled)

Viewing Your Activity

Recent Signatures

See documents you've recently signed:

  1. Go to Profile > Activity
  2. View the list of signed documents
  3. Click any document to view it

Signature Requests

See requests you've created:

  1. Go to Signature Requests
  2. Filter by Created by me

Account Deletion

Permanent Action

Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data will be removed.

To request account deletion:

  1. Contact your organization administrator
  2. They will process the deletion request
  3. You'll receive confirmation when complete

Note: Regular users cannot self-delete accounts. This ensures proper offboarding procedures are followed.

Troubleshooting

Can't update email

Your email may be locked if:

  • Your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On)
  • Your administrator has restricted email changes
  • Contact your administrator for assistance

Signature not saving

Try these steps:

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Clear your browser cache
  4. Disable browser extensions temporarily

Password reset not working

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Verify you're using the correct email
  3. Wait a few minutes and try again
  4. Contact support if issues persist
