Getting Started¶
This guide will help you set up your GxPSign account and get ready to sign documents.
Signing In¶
First Time Sign In¶
If you received an invitation email:
- Click the Accept Invitation link in your email
- Create a password for your account
- You'll be automatically signed in to your organization
Regular Sign In¶
- Go to your organization's GxPSign URL (e.g.,
your-org.gxpsign.app) - Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In

Forgot Password?¶
- On the login page, click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for the reset link
- Create a new password
Creating Your Signature¶
Before you can sign documents, you need to create your signature.
Drawing Your Signature¶
- Go to Profile in the navigation
- Scroll to the Signature section
- Use your mouse or touchscreen to draw your signature
- Click Save Signature

Tips for a Good Signature¶
- Use a stylus or your finger on a touchscreen for best results
- Make your signature similar to your handwritten one
- Keep it readable but natural
- You can clear and redraw as many times as needed
Understanding the Dashboard¶
After signing in, you'll see your dashboard with:
Pending Signatures¶
Documents waiting for your signature appear here. Click any document to view and sign it.
Recent Activity¶
See your recent:
- Documents you've signed
- Signature requests you've created
- Documents shared with you
Quick Actions¶

| Upload Document | Add a new PDF to your documents |
| New Request | Create a signature request |
| View Documents | Browse all your documents |
Navigation¶
The main navigation includes:
- Dashboard - Your home page with pending items
- Documents - All documents in your organization
- Signature Requests - Requests you've created or received
- Profile - Your account settings and signature
